What do you think about your fans being able to be in your ‘Save the Dance Floor’ video?
I think it’s really cool. I’ve been wanting to partner with kids on a clip for a while and now it’s happening!
What makes a video stand out?
Firstly, you’ve got to have fun. Dancing to great music is one of the best things to do ever, that’s why I do it all the time so ENJOY yourselves. And also remember to show your own style and just be you. Don’t forget to check out the helpful tips and hints on the Disney Channel website.
How many auditions did you go to before you hit the big time?
I’ve been to heaps of auditions and I’ve been turned down heaps of times too, but I always just stay and keep having a go until I get through. That’s what Let’s Dance is all about. You’ve got to just have a go and you don’t have to be a trained dancer.
Where will you be watching the world premiere of your ‘Save the Dance Floor’ video on Disney Channel on July 23?
I’m currently travelling the world but by July 23rd I should be back in Sydney ready and waiting to watch it! Don’t forget to also tune in to Disney Channel Monday to Friday, 5pm-7pm from June 18 to see some of the Let’s Dance entries.
